For the processing of the data, your consent is obtained via the input mask during the registration process and reference is made to this privacy policy.

If you purchase goods or services as an Acrolinx customer and provide us with your e-mail address, we may subsequently use this e-mail address to send you a newsletter. In such a case, the newsletter will only be used to send direct advertising for our own similar goods or services.

No data will be passed on to third parties in connection with the processing of data for the dispatch of newsletters. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter.

2. Legal basis of processing of personal data

  • The legal basis for the processing of the data after registration for the newsletter by the user is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR if the user has given his consent.

We process freely accessible personal data, such as name, company, and contact information (address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, etc.).

4. Erasure and storage of data

We will delete your personal data as soon as the legal basis for its processing ceases to exist. In some cases, however, legal bases can also exist in parallel respectively, where a legal basis no longer exists, a new one can intervene, e.g. the obligation to store certain data in order to fulfill a legal obligation to store data.

III. Right to object and right to withdraw consent

If the data processing is based on your consent or our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing or to withdraw your consent at any time. Your objection or withdrawal only has an effect for the future. Where the analytic cookies used offer their own technical options for deactivation, this is explained above. You may contact us at any time at gdpr@acrolinx.com to exercise your right of objection or revocation. If you object to processing on the basis of our legitimate interest, we may nevertheless continue processing if we can prove compelling reasons worthy of protection that outweigh your interests, rights, and freedoms.
